Hello!

We’ve been building things together as long as we’ve known each other.

From dovetails to 3D printing, we’ve built a ton of useful and attractive objects over the last decade (some before we knew each other, but most after we met)! Making physical objects brings a huge amount of joy to us, and we’re excited to be able to share some of our designs and things we make with you.

The name BristleWoodCraft is inspired by a specific gnarled and twisted bristlecone pine in the glacial cirque known as Hell’s Hole. It’s a peaceful and awesome hike in the Mount Evan's wilderness a bit past Idaho Springs.

Anna started her making journey with textiles and upcycling furniture. She loves growing things, and has slowly turned TJ into a green thumb as well.

TJ started by getting into 3D printing back when it was very unreliable and expensive, before being lured into the meditative hobby of hand-tool woodworking. He has been a hoarder of off-cuts for over a decade.
